Rate & Payment Info:
- All rates are based on avg. yard of 1/4 acre and may vary depending on size of yard and landscaping
- Payment required prior to services being rendered
- We accept cash, checks and money orders
- We provide invoices for the following month's service by the 20th, with payment due by the 1st of the month
- First time yard service will require that month's prepayment as well as any initial cleaning charge
